Common Questions from People Just Like You

  • When should I start the Medicare enrollment process?

Most people can enroll up to 3 months before their 65th birthday. If you're retiring later, we’ll help time your coverage correctly.

  • What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans?

Advantage plans bundle coverage with networks and added perks. Supplements fill the “gaps” in Original Medicare and give more flexibility with doctors.

  • Can I change plans later?

Yes—there are specific times of year you can review and switch. We help you track those windows and review plans annually.

  • Will I need a prescription drug plan?

If you're not enrolling in Advantage with drug coverage, yes. Stand-alone Part D plans help avoid penalties and keep medication costs down.

  • What if I’m retiring after 65?

No problem. We'll coordinate your transition from employer coverage to Medicare and make sure you don’t have a gap.
